These terms apply to all orders placed through www.kingstonbanners.co.uk. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Accepted File Formats
We accept artwork in the following file types: PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, and JPEG. To ensure your banner prints clearly, please upload your artwork at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
We recommend including a 2-inch bleed on all sides to prevent any content from being trimmed off during production.
Proofs and Print Approval
All artwork is reviewed and prepared in a print-ready format.

Pantone colours are not supported. All files are converted to CMYK, which may cause minor colour shifts.

Once your file passes a resolution check, a digital proof will be sent for layout confirmation.

You must approve the proof in writing before we begin printing. No production will start without confirmation.

Approvals received after 1:00 PM (or our posted cutoff) will be processed the next working day.

Colour shifts within 10–15% are normal and not considered a defect.
Printing & Finishing Standards
Kingston Banners uses large-format printers designed for viewing at a distance of two metres or more. These are not intended for fine art or close-up photographic detail.
Size accuracy may vary slightly, with a tolerance of 2–5 cm.
For banners over 10 feet tall, joints may be added. These are professionally aligned with your design and securely bonded. Banners under 60 square feet may include hemming at an additional charge.
Delivery and Packaging
Orders are shipped within 5–6 working days of artwork approval (not the payment date). Please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive.
Items larger than 110 cm x 110 cm will be folded for packaging. Folding may result in visible creases or minor discolouration—these are not considered faults.
To receive your banner rolled (to avoid folding), select “Rolled on Tube” at checkout. This may add one day to delivery time and incur an extra charge.

Express Orders
We offer same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour printing and delivery services.
To qualify for express turnaround, your order and proof approval must be finalised by 1:00 PM. If approval is late, a 50% surcharge may apply for rush production.
Returns and Refunds
Because our banners are custom-made, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
We will accept returns for:

Visible print defects

Incorrect dimensions or product delivered

Missing elements such as hems or eyelets
To report an issue:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Include photos taken from a 2-metre distance that clearly show the issue
If packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Acceptance confirms receipt of the product in current condition.
Returns will not be accepted if:

Reported after 24 hours

Artwork was approved with layout or spelling errors

Colour differences are within tolerance

Delivery delays are due to the courier

The banner has no manufacturing fault
If your return is approved, you must cover the return shipping cost. We do not refund original delivery fees unless we made an error.
Fraud Prevention
All banners are photographed and weighed before dispatch to prevent fraudulent claims.
Any false return or refund requests may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to recover associated costs.
Intellectual Property
All design work, layouts, and graphics created by Kingston Banners remain our intellectual property.
We may display final designs for marketing or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a refund is issued after your design has been approved, a 50% design fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Disputes and Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Disputes raised via PayPal, credit card providers, or merchant services will be resolved by those providers. Their decision is final.
We will provide full documentation to support our case during such reviews.
Privacy and Communication
By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive relevant communications about your order.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by contacting us at kingstonbanners@gmail.com.
Use of Phone Numbers and SMS/WhatsApp Updates
By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages for order updates and delivery notifications. You can opt out at any time.

Our liability on any order is limited to the order value.

Any dispute raised via PayPal or merchant providers will be subject to their decision, which cannot be challenged elsewhere.

Pricing may change at any time. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and reissued with updated rates.
