At Kingston Banners, we take pride in producing high-quality, made-to-order printed products. As all items are custom-made, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. What Can Be Returned
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Visible print defects (e.g. smudges, misprints, or serious pixelation)

Incorrect size or product delivered, differing from your confirmed order

Missing finishing options, such as absent hems, eyelets, or pole pockets
Reporting an Issue:
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery

Email support@kingstonbanners.co.uk with your order number in the subject line

Attach clear photos taken from 2 metres away showing the issue in context
We cannot process any returns without photographic evidence or late notification.
2. Damaged Packaging Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, we recommend that you:
🚫 Refuse the parcel at the door if damage is clearly visible.
Accepting a damaged parcel means you accept the contents in their current condition. Claims for damage due to external packaging issues cannot be accepted once signed for.
3. Return Shipping & Refunds
If your return is authorised:

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us

We recommend using a tracked courier to avoid loss or delays

We are not liable for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit
Initial delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for:

Claims made after 24 hours of receiving your order

Products with approved artwork that contain layout, design, or spelling issues

Orders affected by courier delays

Colour differences within a 10–15% tolerance (due to screen-to-print variations)

Custom banners that meet the approved specs but are subject to personal dissatisfaction
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our return criteria.
5. Return Process & Evaluation
Once your return is received:

Our team will inspect the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference

If no fault is found, the item will be sent back to you and no refund issued
